Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or completing the Organizational Accountability Chain Snapshot ("the Service"), provided by Clearness Coaching Limited ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What this Service is — and is not

The Snapshot is a diagnostic self-assessment tool intended to help organizational leaders reflect on how accountability functions within their organization. It is designed to be used as part of a professional coaching engagement.

The Snapshot is not:

• A clinical, medical, or psychological assessment or diagnosis.
• A substitute for professional legal, financial, or HR advice.
• A guarantee of any particular organizational outcome.

Your results are intended as a starting point for reflection and conversation with your coach, not as a definitive or clinical judgment about you or your organization.

3. Who can use this Service

The Service is intended for use by individuals invited to participate, typically executives or leaders at organizations engaged with Clearness Coaching. Access links are personal to the invited individual and should not be shared with others.

4. Your responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
• Keep your personal access link confidential and not share it with others.
• Use the Service for its intended purpose of honest self-assessment, not to test, disrupt, or attempt to access data belonging to others.

5. Intellectual property

The Snapshot's questions, scoring methodology, report design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Clearness Coaching Limited. Your own individual report is provided to you for your personal and professional use; you may not republish, resell, or distribute the underlying survey instrument or methodology without our permission.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." While we take reasonable care in building and operating it, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your specific circumstances.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clearness Coaching Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Termination and access

We may suspend or revoke access to the Service for any individual account or link at our discretion, including in cases of misuse.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
